We 1st thought it was a Shell Station & the S had stopped working!!! Just like another comment, it was a frightening experience for me as I remember it vividly to this day!!! The scene with Jezebel will remain fresh in my mind until the day I loose my facilities!!! After crying & being so upset, my Daddy rescued me, & we left before the tour was over, stopping by the gift shop, where he purchased a red ceramic devil with fluffy hair sitting crosslegged, about 4 inches tall!!! I still have the figurine, to this day, as well as the scars from the horrible scenes portrayed!!!<br />I believe Hell is real, not just existing in the Bible, or 2 years in Tennessee, but, a reality where we can choose to live for eternity, burning in a fire that cannot be quenched!!! Or we can ask Jesus into our heart and choose to live forever with our Savior, our Creator, our Redeemer, and Lord, in a paradise called Heaven!!! There my mansion awaits, and yours will be there, too, if you FOLLOW the ABC'S!!! (A) Admit to God you are a sinner (B) Believe that Jesus is The Son of God (C) Confess your faith in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord of your life!!! Follow His will (not Satan's lies) by praying for guidance and help!!! He will never leave you, nor forsake you!!! Praise His Holy name, forgive as He forgives us, be thankful for His grace and mercy!!! It will be the #1 best decision you will ever make!!! And I will see you in Heaven one day, transformed into my new body, free from any sin, pain, or evil!!! Open your heart for Jesus to send His Holy Spirit to dwell inside, TODAY!!! Also I had gotten a lot of Bible background from my upbringing. Nothing from the attraction impacted me in any negative way. Being polite, Gene pointed towards the Great Smoky Mountains National Park main entrance and said go to Hell and take a right. Well, the tourist got really irate and he and Gene almost got into a fight. Gene said sir, I am serious and asked him to follow him down the sidewalk. He did and when they got near Ski Lodge Rd which was less than a block away., Gene pointed out the tourist attraction on the corner called "Hell". Gene said see, go to Hell and turn right. The tourist turned really red in the face and apologized while laughing his' ass off at the same time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01037588724527884854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-149224757183756660.post-22035024381385203182010-04-18T11:00:33.777-07:002010-04-18T11:00:33.777-07:00Our trials and tribulations in this realm. Our trials and tribulations in this realm.Paula Sladehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02923061193682673368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-149224757183756660.post-46084646610415417772010-04-09T21:09:15.589-07:002010-04-09T21:09:15.589-07:00Hell? wow I never thought about it before but its ...Hell? wow I never thought about it before but its true, it is told far more often then heaven really is. Being religious as I am, Hell to me is a place of pain and suffering. One thing I have always been interested in, is coming up with a movie with the title 777. Gods numbers, and pretty much making a movie about what to expect. The barcode in the skin, the crazy events. Pretty much telling people "Hey this is what I believe is real, and you may not believe it now but one day you will see the signs." Personally, I don't believe in Hell in the Biblical sense, maybe because I'm don't follow any particular religion. To me Hell is a state of mind and at certian points in all of our lives we get "sent" there for a time. I feel the same way about Heaven. To me when you believe in God and not a religion, heaven and hell are states of being, both of which serve a purpose and help us grow and become more enlighted. I believe we lead many lives, most of the time we just don't remember the past one. Both heaven & hell are all around us and in the fiber of everything, just depends on which glasses we are choosing to see the world through.Creative Chroniclerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03434862566768775103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-149224757183756660.post-6745840705207639832010-04-09T10:10:18.876-07:002010-04-09T10:10:18.876-07:00Hell is hot and forever is a long time.
